"PEPES OYSTER MUSHROOMS"

Ingredients and Seasonings:

250 grams oyster mushrooms, sliced ​​lengthwise
2 chicken eggs
water for steaming
banana leaves for wrapping

Thin sliced​​:

3 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 curly red chilies
2 leeks
Tomatoes ½
½ tsp pepper powder
salt and seasonings to taste

HOW TO MAKE Pepes OYSTER MUSHROOMS:

Beat eggs, salt, pepper and seasonings with a tablespoon until well blended. Enter sliced ​​seasoning and mix well again.
Combine egg mixture with the mushrooms and stir well. Wrap with banana leaves to taste and add to the steamer basket filled with water that has been boiled, cover and steam 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove, drain and serve.
